Example reports

To Improve the report generation the set up includes a database of example reports.

The example reports can be reviewed and updated on the Examples page.

Add example reports

To add a new example of a valid bug report via the examples page:

• Go to the Examples page by clicking Examples in the left menu.
• Click Add new example.
• This opens a popup where you can fill in details on a report.
• Fill in all fields of the report and click Add example.

The new report will now be included as context going forward when reports are generated.

Update examples

The text descriptions for reports in the example database can be updated if needed.

To update a report:

• Click the Pen icon next to the report you want to edit.
• This opens a popup where the text in the description can be edited.
• Make the changes in the description fields as needed. But please make sure to keep the same format with sections.
• Click Update example to save the changes.

Deleting examples

Reports in the examples database can be deleted individually or in bulk.

To delete an individual example:

• Click the trashcan icon next to the report you want to delete.
• Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete in the popup.

The report will now be removed from the examples database.

To delete report in bulk from the examples database:

• Select the bug reports you want to delete using the checkbox on the left of the reports.
• Once selected click the Delete button at the top.
• Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete in the popup.

The reports will now be removed from the examples database.
